Product is not returned in a resalable condition i.e. returned with an odour, dirty/worn or is damaged in a way that is not specified in the return reason.

Should the item not be collected as per the PAXI notification.

Should you request a refund it can take up to 7 days depending on your financial institutions. 

No cash refunds for voucher purchases, we will credit your account.

No exchanges will be accepted, you may return the product for a credit in your account.

No returns will be accepted without a authorization  number.
